How do I purchase an Exam Studio license?
Click the Purchase License option on the website, complete the registration form, and continue through the secure PayFast payment process.
How will I receive my license?
Once your payment has been confirmed, your .lic license file will be emailed to you from licenses@examstudio.co.za.
How do I activate my license?
Open the Exam Studio application and choose the Import .lic option. After importing your license, you will be prompted to create your own username and password. Log in with those credentials. After your first successful login, biometrics can also be used where supported.
Can I use my license on more than one computer?
No. Each Exam Studio license works on one PC only.
Can I upload my own .exam files?
Yes. You can upload your own .exam files to help the community learn, practise and study from anywhere.
How do I download community .exam files?
Click the .exam Files menu. You can then search by selecting the vendor and exam you want.
Which operating systems are supported?
Exam Studio supports Windows, MacOS and Linux. Mobile support will be available in the near future.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely through PayFast. Supported payment methods include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card and Debit Card.
Can I transfer my license to another computer?
Yes. Please contact licenses@examstudio.co.za and an operator will assist you with issuing a new .lic file.
